What is submission of clients’ orders by phone?
Private banking services are supplemented with a new product – Submission of clients’ orders by phone.
Submission of clients’ orders by phone is a comfortable remote account management system.
Every client who has signed an Agreement with SC „Citadele banka” on submission of orders and has received the authorization device Digipass, can call* the Bank’s head office in Riga, 2a Republikas square during working hours (8:30 – 17:30) and:
- Receive the information about account balance,
- Do the non-cash currency exchange within a multicurrency account,
- Do the money transfer within Citadele banka,
- Transfer the money from Savings account, Maxi Savings account with or without 7 days notice,
- Open a term deposit (Klasika, Express).
How are the orders submitted?
All the orders that are submitted to the Bank, are recorded and held in the Bank. Transactions are authorized by password you chose and Authorization code, which is generated by Digipass device and is valid only for several minutes, the code cannot be used repeatedly.
The new Authorization code will be generated for every order - also during one call.
