It is loan of new generation - Client has an opportunity to fulfill his obligations in full in exchange for collateral, if it is necessary. The loan can be granted for purchase of real estate, which is situated in Latvia, or any other purpose.

Terms and conditions of  New Mortgage loan:

• Loan sum – up to 60% of the collateral market value
• Loan term – up to 35 years
• Beneficial interest rates for use of the loan in Euros and Dollars: starting from 4.15% + 6M Libor
• Individual service

Example:
If You are planning to buy real estate evaluated for EUR 170’000, then You can borrow EUR 102’000 with the interest rate for use of the loan 5.25%^*.

Client’s expenses:

• Commission for the Execution of a new mortgage loan – EUR 1 530
• Real estate insurance for 1 year – 110 EUR
• Land Register Office and State fees for the pledge registration – EUR 116

Loan payment is calculated by assuming that the loan term is 35 years – 536 EUR/month.

For purchase of real estate, land property or any other purpose You can also apply to Mortgage loan for real estate purchase, the scope of which may be up to 80% of the collateral market value.

Documents necessary for applying for a loan:

• Completed form of Citadele bank Client’s questionnaire, Application for mortgage loan, Application for opening and management of current account;
• Income documents: account turnover for the last 6 months (with a bank's stamp and signature), States Revenue Service confirmation, Statement of employment;
• Assessment of collateral, performed by company accepted by Citadele Bank;
• Other documents may also be required: completed form of Application for Guarantee acceptance, draft of the Purchase agreement or Letter of intent.
