For 2003 the following events represent significant advances in customer service:

the corporate electronic payments system, DIGI=FIRMA, was launched;
flexible payment card programmes were made available;
the bank’s regional employees attended an intensive training course resulting in a broadened scope of branch authority to deal with the needs of corporate clients.
